Students competed in events inspired by the original Olympic Games — a javelin throw, discus throw, and foot race. Everyone showed great sportsmanship, teamwork, and enthusiasm. We wrapped up the festivities by awarding gold medals to all our amazing Olympians!

PPE students completely engaged in music class.

Each month, PPE holds a celebration assembly in which students lead students through celebrating great things going on at PPE. This typically happens on early release days. This past Wednesday, we held our first celebration assembly with the help of our fifth graders and a special appearance by Mario and Luigi. Staff sent in celebrations that were read on announcements. We also did our drawing for our Nintendo Switch Lite and Monopoly game. It was a great first assembly of the year!

Meet Miss Abby Favazza, our new 1st grader teacher here at Pheasant Point Elementary! A coffee lover and huge Swiftie fan! She likes to read, play pickleball and spend time with her family and friends and loves to spoil her dog, Vinny! Welcome to PPE, Abby! We are happy you are here!!

Good morning! As of this morning, PPE has raised $4952! Way to go and thank you for helping PPE! This is the main fundraiser of the year and this helps to buy classroom supplies, PE equipment, recess equipment, Leader in Me celebrations, safety enhancements like window vinyl at our exits and walkies, supplemental materials for ELA and Science, and this year's goal of replacing the outdoor picnic tables and painting our outdoor classroom posts. Donate just $5 by Friday for a chance to win in our raffle. See the flyer for more information and how you can contribute.

Say Hello to our new DARE Officer, Officer Bradley (on left)! You may see her in and around our school helping keep our schools safe while building positive connections with our students. Welcome to PPE, Officer Bradley! Thank you for your service!
