This week our FZ bus drivers have been visiting students in classrooms to talk all things bus safety! Students have done a little lesson in the room and then hopped on the bus to review expectations and practice evacuating!

Our Student Lighthouse team is meeting this morning to prepare for Leadership Day!!
There has been some activity this week on our storm shelter. They have graded the land where our storm shelter addition will go! This shelter was made possible by voter approval of the FZ Prop 4, no-tax-increase bond issue in April 2022. Stay tuned for more updates and information!

Fort Zumwalt will welcome the members of the Class of 2036 and their families in person at 14 elementary schools from 2 - 7 p.m., March 1. Committee work on the Continuous School Improvement Plan (CSIP), began last month as a part of the sixth, and most recent, Missouri School Improvement Program (MSIP 6). The steering committee has been gathering data and conducting surveys to help define the focus of its work as Fort Zumwalt creates its guiding document for the next three years.
At the meeting tonight, participants will hear from the committee about its work so far and have the opportunity to ask questions about the CSIP process and the district’s goals.
